Pathways to Work is South Yorkshire’s joined-up support offer for people who are facing challenges with work due to their health or other circumstances. Their advisers take the time to help individuals find or stay in work and overcome employment barriers, while also assisting businesses in recruiting, retaining, and nurturing their employees.
