    Concerning the Future of Healthwatch

    Healthwatch Sheffield held a ‘Community Voices’ event recently celebrating all of Healthwatch Sheffield’s community partners, including our Advocacy service and to thank everyone for their contribution to their work. It’s very concerning to hear media reports about the Government’s plans to close Healthwatch England. This would mean the closure of Sheffield Healthwatch and a great loss to our community!

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
