Give Your Feedback on Your Direct Payment

With a Direct Payment, you have the power to choose and control your care and support. To make sure you have the best options available, we need a diverse and responsive range of services.

So please tell the Direct Payment team at Sheffield City Council what’s working and what can improve!

Take a few minutes to share your thoughts on your care and support by completing their short online survey

The survey is anonymous (unless individuals choose to leave their details) and takes approximately 4 minutes to complete. You can take part online, over the phone, or request a printed copy to be sent to you by phoning the Direct Payment team on 0114 4741971.

Your feedback will help shape better care in Sheffield and will be used to inform discussions at their first Direct Payment Provider Forum in September, helping them work collaboratively with individuals and providers to improve care and support services.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
