Feed your Family for Less

Sheffield’s Sweet Enough
has produced a new digital booklet to help feed your family for less.

The booklet aims to help people eat healthier whilst making their money go further and contains tips, recipes and ideas to support communities.

They say “ We know this is a very worrying time for families, with the
cost of living rising and people struggling to make ends meet. You’ll find some tasty, quick and healthy recipe ideas, some cost saving sugar swaps, and a cost-cutting cooking sheet to squeeze more out of your weekly food budget.
It includes useful shopping tips and extra resources to support you in the colder months.”

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.
