Automated Public Toilet Consultation

Sheffield has 6 sets of automated public toilets located around the city. Five of these facilities are linked to the Council’s JC Decaux advertising contract, which is expiring in January 2016 ( two of these have disabled access ). The Council is proposing to close the five automated public toilets at the end of the current advertising contract in January 2016 and ahead of a final decision, are now seeking the views of the public about the impact that this will have. You can give your views on Sheffield Citizen Space , Sheffield City Council’s new consultation hub, until 18 October.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.
