It highlights leading attractions, experiences and travel tips that provide facilities, products and services for people’s differing accessibility requirements plus practical information.

Men are disproportionately affected by a number of health conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes and live on average 4 years fewer than women. This call for evidence will be open until 17 July and will consider how to prevent and tackle the biggest health issues facing men.

Speech disorder dysarthria may not always be a laughing matter – but comedian Rosie Jones has praised a Sheffield-based campaign to publicise the problems caused by it. Dysarthria Awareness Day was set up by the Human Communication Sciences department at the University of Sheffield and is backed by several speech organisations.

Our wonderful fundraisers Debbie and Eddie have completed their epic 10 day coast to coast fundraising challenge, arriving at Robin Hood’s Bay on 9 May. Their 210 mile walk has so far raised a spectacular £1,255 of their £1,000 target. We are in awe of and extremely proud of your efforts, spirit and determination on our behalf.
