Watch Beauty Influencer Tess on the Daily Sib Show

A Sheffield-based inclusive beauty and fashion influencer is one of the latest participants in a series of filmed interviews by a leading disabled businessman and blogger.

Tess Daly has spoken to Martyn Sibley as part of his Daily Sib show, which features him talking to disabled people with a variety of careers and life experiences. Martyn and Tess were filmed live speaking for an hour during which they talked about subjects including their experiences as people with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, making business more open to those with disabilities and dealing with trolls. They also answered questions sent in by viewers.

Tess, who has a degree in criminology and psychology, worked at Disability Sheffeld for several years before leaving to concentrate on her social media work. She now has 209,000 followers on her Instagram account (@tess.daly) and has made more than 1,500 posts covering a variety of fashion and beauty topics. She is also on YouTube and Twitter

Martyn has his own YouTube channel, where you can watch all his interviews. You can also see them by following him on Facebook. The interview with Tess is here. Martyn also runs the Disability Horizons business.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
