The MS Society is Hoping to Hear from You

The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society sometimes invites people with MS to take part in their surveys, to help them shape their research and policies. If you’re living with MS and usually DON’T fill out their surveys they want to find out why!

A recent piece of work identified a number of core groups that were under-represented in MS Society research such as the My MS My Needs survey. The MS Society is now working with ClearView Research, an agency that specialises in reaching the ’hard to reach’. ClearView is aiming to obtain the views and experiences of more people with MS and also find out why they do not engage or how they might better engage with the MS Society.

The MS Society wants to hear from everyone with MS, but particularly if you live with MS in a rural area, are newly diagnosed, would describe yourself as Black or Black British and Asian or Asian British, are severely affected by MS, are LGBTQ+ and if you’re aged 18-50 years.

Please share your thoughts in their survey here .

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
