It is a not-for-profit savings and loans provider for people across South Yorkshire.Opening an account with Sheffield Credit Union – including taking out loans and building savings – enables the Credit Union to provide more not-for-profit loans for those who need them and can act as a more affordable alternative to overdrafts and other short-term loans.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
