Employment Personal Development Courses

The next ‘Healthy Mind’ 6-week personal development course at Big Ambitions begins on 6th October 2022. The sessions run every Thursday at both 10 am and 1.30pm at their Sheffield Office in the Blades Business Hub.

The behavioural change course is designed to improve participants’ wellbeing, confidence and mental health. You must be resident in the UK, unemployed and/or Economically Inactive to attend.

The Endorphins Group offers a Wellbeing course for unemployed adults, over 25, living in South Yorkshire. The Empower course is designed to build confidence, self-esteem and encourage a positive mindset.

Learners will attend 4 days of group sessions and can expect to learn holistic techniques to support with depression and anxiety whilst focusing on goals and next steps whether it be employment, volunteering or just having a healthier mind.
