Sheffield Voices Activities 2021
Here is a timetable of free weekly activities on Zoom sessions suitable for adults with learning disabilities/autism from Sheffield Voices, Disability Sheffield’s learning disability group and the Carers Outreach Project Sheffield at Sheffield Mencap & Gateway. It includes the weekly inclusive exercise sessions run by the Sheffield Cycling 4 All project at Disability Sheffield and contact details for all three groups.

You can connect with each other, have some fun and find out information at the Sheffield Voices online coffee morning meetings on ZOOM every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am until 12pm. Covid 19 Hospital Passport
Learning Disability England’s resources include advice on being prepared in case you need to go to hospital.An important preparation is to update your Hospital Passport. Some family members have worked with nurses and the British Institute of Human Rights to make an emergency COVID-19 hospital passport that means medical professionals can get the information they need quickly. Here is their Covid-19 hospital passport template .

NHS Grab and Go Guide
The Grab and Go Guide has been designed in partnership with people with learning disabilities and autism, families and nurses. It gives information that doctors will need if patients with a learning disability, autism or both are admitted to hospital and struggling to breathe. It is not a replacement for the everyday, detailed hospital passport.
